SUMMARY:
This project will facilitate 4000 local farmers in Sironko, Kumi, Gulu, Luwero, and Mbarara district plant 248000 improved fruit trees (Jackfruits, avocado, mangos, lemons, oranges and paw paws) and also educate them on adoption of modern farming techniques in order to preserve environment, improve nutrition, improve food security, produce higher yields, produce better quality fruits, reduce labor requirements, improve crop management, increase income, increase market access and increase food availability.
